Saint James Paris has teamed up with Maison Kaviari to present “Splurgeon,” an exclusive tasting experience designed for our outdoor bar. This creation pairs a 10g tin of Kristal caviar with a bite-sized piece of spiced pastrami beef by Chef Grégory Garimbay, accompanied by a cocktail or mocktail specially crafted to enhance the delicate, briny notes of the caviar.
